Yuanta's management team has a long history of concern and support for society's well-being, and, with the donations from subsidiaries, has fulfilled the spirit of “giving back to society as we benefit from it”. Founded as the Fuwha Foundation on November 5, 2002, the Foundation was renamed as the Yuanta Foundation on June 26, 2007. The Foundation's vision is to repay society for its support over the years and to carry out the company's social responsibility by raising awareness about health, culture and the arts. With a core goal of benefiting the public good, and with education as its starting point, Yuanta works in six major directions, Volunteer engagement and philanthropic platform, Underprivileged children outreach, Educational aid, Financial inclusion and innovation development, Medical and Elderly care, and Community Service and Environmental Protection, as it works to fulfill the Group’s corporate social responsibility.
