Cause of occurrence: To optimize the necessary facilities and engineering of the new building, and in response to the cost increase of labor and construction material, Yuanta Securities Finance’s board of directors approved the budget incr- ease of the Urban Renewal Project of No. 764 and 764-1, Subsection 1, Changchun Sec., Zhongshan Dist., Taipei.
