YFH announces board resolution of Yuanta Securities approving distribution of 2024 dividend to shareholders

  2. Type and monetary amount of dividend distribution: The amount of cash dividends proposed to be distributed to YFH, the sole shareholder of Yuanta Securities, is NT$15,869,103,338 (NT$2.40716228 per share).
  3. Any other matters that need to be specified: The board of directors of Yuanta Securities approved no dividend distribution for the first half of 2024 on August 22, 2024. Therefore, the dividend distribution statement for the second half of 2024 is the same as the dividend distribution statement for 2024.
